Basic Shipping Procedures

Since our job is not complete until you receive your completed order, we go to extreme lengths to ensure that your package arrives safely.  

Quality Tool ships normal size packages via UPS.  Each piece is individually wrapped and labeled to make your inventory tracking easier.  The pieces are then packaged carefully for shipment and a packing slip is enclosed. (A second packing slip can be placed on the outside at your request). 

Quality Tool ships larger packages via ROADWAY EXPRESS.

Although these are our "Basic Shipping Procedures" we accommodate ALL of our customers specific requirements and special requests.
